Antique Store No Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
All items are sold "as-is" and "with all faults." We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or sizing errors.
Condition of Antiques
Due to the nature of our inventory, items are vintage, antique, or secondhand. Expect signs of age, wear, use, and unique character. We make every effort to note significant flaws in our descriptions and photography. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect photos, measurements, and condition details prior to purchase.
Exceptions for Misrepresentation
Returns or refunds will only be considered if an item has been significantly misrepresented in its description (e.g., a major undisclosed structural break, or a documented error in material authenticity).
Damages During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged from transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging and provide clear digital photos of both the damaged item and the shipping box so we can process an insurance claim.
